My vegan curry consists of : onions, sweet red pepper and garlic fry that all together first with a sprinkle of sugar until golden
Then add spices which where cumin, and jerk seasoning and pour in the coconut milk
One that's cooked together for about 5 mins on a low heat add a chopped loose tomato
Then add mushrooms followed by chickpeas and let that simmer for around 10 minutes
Add a tablespoon of honey and a sprinkle of coriander and your good to go😌💪🏽😍
