Necessity the mother of invention....

Growing up I heard and actually believe that necessity is the mother of inventions.
Let us take for example snow fall in Europe and Americas, you find the white man 'Oyinbo' thinking of ways to keep warm, keep safe on the streets and the likes....
In Nigeria necessity breeds and is the mother of curruption.
Lets look at construction of roads in rain prone areas in Nigeria. What we hear is variation of contracts due to short window of construction time....
If we look at waste control you will discover that its about the opportunity of making money and not how to keep our country clean.
