Known issue. It's a limitation of Webtorrent. We were going to switch to HLS transcoding which does not seem to cut out as bad, but thousands of devices (like Roku, etc) do not support HLS. You can download the mp4 file of the video itself if you like. We will probably release TDV videos in both Webtorrent and HLS in the near future though so that your client can choose which is best. The only drawback to that is that it doubles the amount of drive space used for each video. We are implementing remote-storage though which should alleviate the drive-space demands on the servers to allow for HLS. The servers right now are under a very light load actually, so it's not the servers. We're on it. :)
