Papua New Guinea is a country inhabitated by a population of 8 million inhabitants that is located at the south eastern part of the pacific ocean.
A country estimated to have over 7000 different cultures spread accross a network of rivers and rugged terrain on the mainlaind and spread of volcanic islands and beautiful atolls.
Of the 7000 cultures, there is an official estimated 800+ unique languages spoken within the country itself. Which makes PNG the most linguisticly diverse county in the world.
Perhaps one of the only countries where a majority 70% of the population still live in the simplicities of village lifestyle.
If your interested for more information and annual cultural events, you can visit the PNG Travel website, which is a good place to start your experience of one of the last frontiers of cultural complexities, that is fast diminishing in this time and age.
