@irwinthinketh Use to be sinus sufferer too. I even tried dripping apple cider in my nostril. Hurt like a mother. My triggers are milk and sugar. I didn't stop consuming them, I just cut down. Miraculously, my sinus disappeared on 1st Jan 2018 until now. I'm thinking to write a blog about it too...when I'm not so lazy lah. Thanks for sharing so much info and tips! Upvoted and followed you.

haha looking forward to that blog of yours :) I used to try the "Dr Oz teapot treatment" but it just doesn't work for the long term. Yep, cutting down on certain food especially sugar really helps. (Me eating too much is basically putting too much carb inside my body which in reality translate to high sugar level, and triggers my sinus.
