The short path is to pay bidbots for upvotes, but it cost money and is short view IMHO
Being successful on Steem is a long run. My advises are:

Well, I'm certainly doing everything you've suggested. I've grown my blog from nobody to almost 750 followers over two years.. its slow growth, but its growth!
