Steemnaira daily curation project upvotes introductory posts and we also curate undervalued exceptional posts made by newbies with the aim of motivating them.
We have 8 finders that will constantly be on the look out for minnows and they will be given a chance to submit a maximum of three posts per day. How ever, more members from steemnaira community will also join the Curators team.

Criteria For Curation
Post must be from a newbie with a reputation of 43 (Maximum)
Introductory posts should be at least 200 words long
Other submissions should be at least 300 words long
Post must not be less than 7 hours old
Post must not be more than 20 hours old
Post's payout must not be up to 2$ as at the time of curation
Outstanding undervalued post will be upvoted even if its more that a day.
NB: Introductory posts have a higher chance of approval.
If posts meets all of the above requirements, approval will be based on the discretion of the curator.
Steemnaira curates a maximum of 10 posts per day from different authors

I think this is a nice idea. However I want to ask if I can participate in it as I meet all the criteria except I didn't use the steemnaira tag
This is quite good - I wish knew about #steemnaira as at two days ago when I posted my introduceyourself post on steemit. Being a Minnow and a newbie myself, I really need to benefit from the steemnaira initiative.
