I like when I can help make the person reviewing the submission know the person. It definitely seemed to work well too as the two people I knew more about from talking to them and seeing their posts were the two that were accepted.

It is weird you are the third person who has said they want to also do it or have asked me all the right questions about how to find a good post to show me for submission, and I think all three of you would be great at it...and it just so happens all three of you were also people I submitted this week.
