During register process I needed to approve something but don't know what exactly I'm approving too, so I didn't complete the process.

I haven't had any personal experience with "Hivebank".
P.s. Immediately after I hit the register command, I started to get small up votes from various sources, but that stopped, probably because I didn't finish registration process or was something else, but they seemed like bots.
Those would be from other subscribers to the Upvotebank service.

Hivesigner is safe and trusted by all of the top HIVE membership.
When you mentioned "hivebank" earlier, I hadn't heard of it, but Upvotebank is probably fine, I think @sarez used to use it as well.
Another alternative that I use is dustsweeper. You just send @dustsweeper like 1 HIVE and then they boost up any "below minimum" upvotes you might get, so you at least get something. I was going to send you a boost awhile back when I delegated to you, I should probably go ahead and do that now.
I'm not really happy with upvotebank, but I lose nothing with them either. I'm only now hearing of hivebank for the first time.
What are you unhappy about? Low vote value?
