I know covers are not regulated here by Steemit, but on youtube for example you can sign an online contract to get a "mechanical licence". Its not that problematic.
What i was wondering was if the kind of content im creating would be considered under your "rules" as "not having rights to the music" and thus being overlooked for curation.
For someone just starting up its very important i understand all the nuances and the "unwritten rules" so i can adjust what im doing. :D

For my rules of curation, I dont see a cover being an issue.
