Agree, some video signature would be a great way forward, since this reduces the time for someone who wants to be sure before giving a vote. Identity verification should actually be part of Steemit itself imho. This could be a default process, or an optional process. When optional, than some kind of verification indicator shall be part of Steemit displayed at appropriate places, like eg part or close to the username.
