Good Digest I like that newspaper picture, looks really old-fashioned and cool. As far as I understood this Digest can be a nice bonus for everyone who is using upvoting services and if you can afford spending about 3 SBD, why not consider sending them to @buildawhale and have additionally chance to get into this Daily Digest. I like this idea and I will definitely try to participate as soon as I have enough of 3 SBD. By the way, from this Digest the most appealing to me was that "The City of Gentle People" post. So I’ve just realized that @buildawhale exists. What I find attractive about the project is that one has to pay at least 3SBD, which is quite a lot of money with current market value and the upvote is not guaranteed. This should incentivize people to only submit posts that they believe are exceptional, otherwise they lose the money. I tried to apply for the first time so and I’m looking forward to see whether what i deem as one of my better creations pass your "quality test":D.
Could you please clarify what exactly does the amount of SBD sent influence? I guess that the strength of the upvote, but is there any correlation that could be shared with me?
I lack an easy access to detailed information about the project, you could try to improve that. Since i believe @themarkymark who has earned one of my latest witness votes I tried it anyway though:P
An upvote is guaranteed and the amount you bid influences how much of our vote you get compared to other bidders for that window.
Our bidding windows are 2 hours 14 minutes.

You have to wait until the bid round is over, each round is 2 hours 14 minutes or so, then we start voting, and rest again for the next round.
