I always really enjoy the farmstead ones and living off grid etc. This always really interested me but for some reason I still live on the grid and suck up a ton lol

Living off grid can be done with a small start. Even many apartments allow for a patio garden, and there are many ways to minimize grid consumption without sacrificing luxury.
