These are very tasty cupcakes. On my photos a double portion
Ingredients:
1 glass of flour
100 grams of butter
0,5 glasses of sugar
0,5 teaspoons of baking powder
2 eggs
50 grams of sour cream
2 ripe bananas
1 bag of vanilla sugar (at will)
Preparation:
To connect the softened butter to sugar and vanilla sugar to mix to uniformity, then adding one egg well promeshivy. To add the ground bananas (puree) and sour cream to yaichno oil mix it is once again good to mix.
to connect baking powder to flour to mix and implicate in yaichno oil mix. It is good to mix to uniformity.
To distribute dough on molds and to bake 30-35 minutes in in advance warmed oven.
Will decorate at will.
