Hey. Good to see Seul from other side for a change :) You always come across only those nice pictures trying to show what a city it is.

I think this problem with conditioning is very common in large cities where temperature and humidity is high. People often overuse them and all the heat from all the buildings getting outside makes life really hard for everyone.
