Nice photos and writ-up. Egypt has such a fascinating history and was one of my favorite parts of the art history courses I took as an undergraduate. It's amazing how much has survived the test of time and I would love to get there to see it some day.
I had a great trip to Eqypt before it became a common tourist destination @adrianobalan. Abu Simbel was my favourite place and we had it to ourselves.

Egypt's civilization, situated on the banks of the Nile, is considered among the oldest civilizations. Egypt was an ancient civilization of East North Africa, centered on the edge of the Nile River. The art carving of various types of artwork on its walls tells us that the people of Egypt had a lot of love for painting. There was an obscure handwriting on the walls, which probably seems to be the script here. This civilization dates back to 3150 BC. The second painting of your article is Pharaohs (Pharaohs were usually depicted wearing the nemes headdress, a false beard, and an ornate kilt). In fact, Egypt is one of the most beautiful places where the beginning of civilization is considered. The Pyramid of the famous Geisha is suited here.
