Material:
1 kg of flour (ordinary wheat)
1 tsp vanily (can skip)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
300 grams of sugar
6 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 egg
320 ml water
250 grams of sesame (msh nyisa, g hbs smua)
Little water for dyeing

Step
Dissolve sugar, salt & vanily with water on the stove briefly. Stir until dissolved, cool / warm.

Beat eggs and original oil mixed evenly.

Sift the flour and mix with baking powder & baking soda. Put the egg whites and sugar water slightly, knead until blended.

Round a bit of batter until it runs out. Dip it in water then roll it flat over the sesame.
