Hello Steemians,
Today, am bringing you all to my kitchen and the menu for today is
"Asaro Elepo Rèdè Rèdè"
Asaro Elepo Rède Rèdè is what we call Yam Pottage or Porridge in English.
This is one of my favorite food.As a Yoruba lady from the Western part of Nigeria,Asaro Elepo seems to be one of the popular food.
Asaro can be serve at any Yoruba wedding and I discovered that it's usually the first dish to finish out of other dishes and Yoruba people always look out for it at any party be it Weddings,Burial Ceremony,Naming Ceremony,Birthday Party, even official gatherings etc.
Asaro Elepo Rèdè Rèdè is very easy to cook when you have the recipe.
