If you are a fan of spaghetti squash, you can also use it to make a gluten-free pizza crust substitute (I think my wife mixes it with some egg and cheese...I'm sure you can find a recipe online). While it doesn't generally hold it's shape quite as tell as regular crust, we find it is also great if you are watching calories. Plus, since home made pizza crust is usually pretty flimsy as well, I don't mind eating my pizza with a fork. !PIZZA
Interesting! I have never heard of using it for pizza crust! I have used cauliflower to make pizza crust before though! I may have to check that out! thanks for the tip :)
