Are you spending your time promoting the many sites you are a member of on sites you are a member of, Is it working for you ? are those referrals coming in in dribs and drabs ??
If you really want to make an impact then you need to lead by example. Make sure that you join an autoresponder service (there are a multitude out there, I have my favorites but then everybody does)
Having access to an autoresponder is probably one of the best investments you could put into your business.
Once you have an autoresponder then you can create a Mailing List
Once you have a Mailing List you can create a Lead Capture Page
use that lead capture page to get people to sign up to a Newsletter
Create your newsletter and in that newsletter engage with your list members
Not only can you promote the programs to your list members ( a deliberately signed up audience) but you can also use that newsletter to support those that are in your mailing list.
Do not always do the hard sell, engage, ask your audience questions, some of them have some very valuable information that could not only benefit you but could also benefit your audience, In other words, If a member of your list points you in the direction of an extremely great product/program then reciprocate and help them to gain a great referral base,
Tit for Tat in a positive way will not only allow others to gain your trust but will also allow you to gain trust in those that choose to be your audience.
Always make things reciprocal. It will push you into a take action future direction.
The higher up the mountain you are the further you can see
Great post man...I've always maintained we need to lead by example in all aspects of business.
If you are part of a team and your team leader is building their lists, building their brands and creating awesome things online....Guess what happens...We end up following suit.
This is such a lesson for all aspects of business and leadership.

I love redundancies!
The one you used at the very beginning of the post. 😀
Wise words. Numbers are fun, but people are more than numbers. Some will keep on giving things for granted, but hopefully some will be inspired by the good leaders.
