The mindset of how we deal with struggles and challenges makes a huge difference. Look at every failure as a learning experience and every challenge yourself every day.
Yes, so so true. When we rewire our brains to have that mindset as a default setting, it becomes much easier to process things & go through the obstacles that life throws at us sometimes. I always looked at failures as teachable moments as well. I am human like everyone else & may feel a certain way about it, but then I ask myself what can I take from that situation & use that to become better. :)
Great quote. I believe that everything happens to us for a greater plan. Even the things we don't like, there is a lesson to be learned, and we are growing stronger by facing challenges. Thank you for sharing.
You're very welcome! I agree with you 100%. When we keep growing & learning, we become stronger, as you said, & can face even bigger things as we go on; that can be positive or negative. Our mindsets & perspectives change for the better & we become more aligned with our true selves, which is why we are all here ;)
That is a beautiful quote. In today's culture, it is almost fashionable to be rushing about from place to place.
Very often when I am speaking with friends and online colleges very often they say "I am so behind", now I find that I am also starting to say that.
Being in a hurry for this or that can be an addiction of sorts.
Thank you
Oh, yes. It is VERY easy to get caught up in that mentality. I will be the first to admit I say that a lot or the classic "I'm so busy"...granted, I may have a lot of things I am doing, but sometimes slowly down a bit & being mindful of what I am doing will calm my nerves & remind me to be more intentional about things instead of in autopilot. :)

Happy cool Tuesday evening, spent all day in a room without windows. Did not get to see much sunshine, but no fresh snow... 😁
At least that is a win - no snow!! LOL Our temps are dropping now so today (Wed) is only going to be in the mid 50's, but no snow here either. YAY! 😅
