CTP Tokens Are Being Air Dropped To Hive-Engine
The tokens have been secured, the process is underway...And you don't have to do a thing :)
Last week we secured the CTP and CTPM tokens on Hive-Engine. Without getting into too much detail (because it went way over my head) it wasn't as simple as jut 'transferring' tokens to the new system. We had to re-purchase them and get them set up to make the move.
The tribe owners and the Steem-Engine team got together and over the course of a week and a bit, found a way forward where we all benefit. But most importantly, our token holders could make sure their tokens were safe.
So....Long story short.
@eonwarped has developed a super slick little air drop script, that will snap shot every single token you hold of CTP on Steem-Engine and bring them over to Hive-Engine.
So just as Hive split from Steem and you got the exact same amount of tokens on the new chain, this is how it will work going forward on Hive-Engine.
A few notes;
- We're not sure what the future of Steem-Engine is. It does have volume because certain tribes want to remain on Steem. But to be brutally honest, we're much bigger fans of HIVE. Thus the move to the new system on Hive-Engine.
- CTPM (the mining tokens) are NOT yet ready to make the move. There are still some development issues going forward. But they will eventually be moved. I would recommend keeping everything staked on Steem-Engine to keep earning your CTP. Once it's ready to make the move, we'll let you know.
- The transfer to Hive-Engine can happen at anytime, there is nothing you need to do....Just sit back and enjoy your air drop :)
It's been a crazy process, but we're very excited to make the move 100% to HIVE....

I've read somewhere that it is better to unstake ctp tokens for the airdrop. I unstaked them and now they are in wait to be liberated. Will the airdrop script see tokens that are "on the way" to being unstaked?
Yup, unstaked, in the middle of it, or staked...It'll snap shot everything :)

Bidding on the steem-engine continues, will these coins be moved to the hive? I did not know that you already made an air drop, and i purchased coins on a steem engine. Today I saw this post.
Everything was air dropped last week. We did our best on posts, Twitter updates, Discord messages and Telegram messages to inform everyone we possibly could.
The owners of other coins, immediately, removed their markers from the Steem engine, and begin bidding in the Hive. Not everyone reads your twitter, sorry.
What should I do? I bought a lot of coins, lol. I see other users there as well.
It is somehow wrong to leave a trading platform that has already died in working form. Ask yourself a question - Why was I able to buy coins? That was not supposed to happen. I ask you to rectify the situation.
But, if you are going to trade coins in both the Steem and the Hive, then it suits me, lol.
How can you remove a token from an open market? If you tell me the way, I'll look into it. I have never heard of the ability to remove it unless the exchange does itself.
Look at the post you are commenting on...This was a day or so before we made the switch. We did everything we could to let people know. Not sure what else we could have done. Sent countless emails, updates and blog posts that you are commenting on before the change over happened.
As for trading on both exchanges, you are asking me to take a coin off an exchange....But then wanting it to be traded on both...
This is confusing lol The coin is still on Steem Engine and is traded. But we said from day one in all this, for months now...We are going to Hive-Engine.
Ask LASSECASH and Stem, they, immediately when they moved the air drop, removed the markers in the Steem engine
They themselves removed all bets. So this can be done.
As for repeated air drops, remember, there was a list of those whom Hive ignored, but held an appeal if, by mistake, someone was on the list. Everything can be done, but, for this, there must be goodwill, lol.
Lesson learned. We'll refund the STEEM tokens you used to buy them with. Or do you want HIVE tokens instead?
The orders were for 100,000 CTP @ 0.00002003 STEEMP and 100,000 @ 0.0002001
So combined let's round it up to 5 Steem....Plus you still have buy orders, I'd suggest canceling them.

You really do not want to give me the purchased tokens, lol, okay, let it be Steem, I already deleted the bets. I hope that my miners on the Hive will not suffer such a fate))
