Some extra thoughts:

  1. The reviews should have up- and down-votes to filter out quality reviews and manage the "Reputation" of users and promoted websites. Something like in List Nerds.
  2. And promoter and the reviewer should get CTP rewards like here in #CTPTALK. This makes it really more fun.
