Good morning CryptoPubbers and welcome to the bar on a long-overdue morning of correction. We will huddle today over our airdropped coins from yesterday https://steemit.com/cryptopub/@vanessav/cryptopub-weekly-crypto-airdrop-is-here and plan our market strategy over a beer.

This morning, after a rally to $9,767, BTC is down to $9,041, or almost 3% down from yesterday at this time. What is interesting is that most of the other alt coins are down more....Eth -11.5%, Monero/Zec/Neo -10%, and others even more. EOS keeps on trucking up 4.5 and my awesome little TRON is up almost 9% (just coming off the pump yesterday).

If we look at the 6-hour chart for a good picture of where we are and where we might go in by this time tomorrow, here is the last week to keep it in context. The price broke support downwards, and crossed over the median Bollinger line for now, signalling short term bear. There is increased volume which has been mostly sell as the correction is being anticipated. For the next day or so, we could see $8500 or so and find temporary strength. Still better than a high of 8k which is where we were a week ago.

If we zoom out a little to the 12-hour chart to see where we may go for the next few days, we see lots of room to correct. Volume has gone up but switched to sell in the last 12 hours and may continue as we travel back to the bottom of the Stochastic RSI. We are about to cross downwards on the MACD which generally spells dip. Where we bounce back up will be telling on where we are in general. If we correct back up at the $8600 level, we are still squarely in BULL mode for the mid term. It could dip to $7700 which seems bad from here but would be natural seeing how long we lingered in Overbought and Overvalued (12 days!)

What you are going to want to see as you plan your mindset and trading strategy for the next 2-3 weeks is my look at the Daily chart (each candle represents a 24-hour period. Yesterdays pump was almost identically matched by today's dump. I get nervous when we are too high in the STOCH for too long and we are correcting downwards for now with a MACD downward cross a couple days out potentially. If we could take a couple slow days to correct back down to 8k (and make it to the bottom of the STOCH pls) then we are in amazing shape for a great leg up still in bullish mode longer term (above the Bollinger median.) We could dip back down to t 7k which would be annoying but healthy if we do and strengthen support for a longer term bull run.
