Did my KYC verification a few weeks back on Bitmex and I've honestly never seen anything like that:

• Actual video recording of yourself
• Voice recording of yourself
• Passport / Utility Bills copies
• Selfie

That's by far the most data I've ever given out to an exchange. If I wouldn't love trading there I'd be gone for a long time. But there is no doubt that they have one of the most secure running platforms out there imo. Also the customer service usually reacts within minutes which is worth a lot in the crypto space.

Let's see where all of this goes. I'm stilling having some funds on the platform.
