Top 3 affordable coins to invest in 2018

As 2018 approaches, here are some affordable coins and tokens that have real potential to greatly increase:

PotCoin (0.42 USD):potcoin.png

'PotCoin is a cryptocurrency that is aiming to become the standard form of payment for the legalized cannabis industry.'
As cannabis will be legal in Canada as of July 2018, it is expected that Potcoin will rise to at least 1$ and possibly even more. If PotCoin ends up being adopted by the cannabis merchants, having a relatively low supply (219 million POT), it's price could easily rise to between 2-5 USD.

ReddCoin (0.01 USD): reddcoin.png

'ReddCoin is the social currency that enriches people's social lives and make digital currency easy for the general public.' ReddCoin hopes to get integrated in all the major social medias as a form of tipping service that users can give to the entertainers they want to encourage. This year was a great year for ReddCoin as it went from 0.000018 USD at the start of the year to stabilize at 1 cent at the end of December (x1000). At this rythm, ReddCoin may be something to look out for in 2018.

Ripple (1.41 USD): ripple (1).png

Ripple was and still is among the top 3 cryptocurrency with the highest market cap since a long time. Although not having an utility other than being a currency, Ripple still had an amazing year in 2017. Starting in January at 0.006 USD, it now ends 2017 valued at almost 1.50 USD (x250). The reason Ripple may have an yet another amazing year is because it is rumored that it will be listed on CoinBase. CoinBase is one of the largest marketplace that allows you to buy very limited cryptocurrencies with your credit card. If Ripple does in fact end up there, expect it to go boom again.

Another coin that at this point is a bargain compared to it's potential is Tron (0.03 USD). The reason I didn't list it is because the team announced that Tron is a long term project where the roadmap extend up to ten years, hence not something to expect to go big in 2018.

Hope you liked this post and Happy New Year!

Perhaps when there's more alternatives to Coinbase, for exchanging fiat and crypto, being listed with it wont be as significant? I'll be looking at new coins to see if there are any that do things brtter than the current ones or have something new.

That's true but for the moment being it's still very rare that coinbase adopts a new coin. Look what happened to Bitcoin cash right after being listed, its price increased tremendously.
