Okay so the current token price for EOS is at this time of writing $4.50, translating to an estimated $3 BILLION of funds to be raised for EOS over the next year!

EOS TOKEN DISTRIBUTION METHOD

The EOS Token distribution will take place over 341 days starting on June 26, 2017 at 13:00 UTC. 1,000,000,000 (one billion) EOS ERC-20 compatible Tokens (“EOS Tokens”) will be distributed according to the schedule below:

200,000,000 two hundred million - distributed during a 5 day period beginning on June 26, 2017 at 13:00 UTC and ending on July 1, 2017 at 12:59:59 UTC.

THE ICO SO FAR....

So how is it doing so far? Well the total Ether now raised is 689,000 - That's $192 Million for only 24% of the Project. This breaks down into:

First 5 day ICO offering: 200 Million tokens sold for 654,000 ETH ($185M)
First 1 day ICO offering: 2 Million tokens sold for 12,423
Second 1 day offering: 2 Million tokens selling for atleast 25,000 ETH (current ETH received 22,500)

First of all, it is clear that investors already see EOS as a potential competitor to Ethereum as it has been catapulted straight into the top 4 crypto market caps on launch - that is unheard of. Secondly, it is clear that this new crowdsale is extremely cleverly created as by not selling all the tokens at the outset, the EOS project itself will gain much of the market cap gains that initial investors would normally gain. As I mentioned at the beginning if the token price stays as it is today, EOS will raise approximately $3,000,000,000 (that's $4.5 x the remaining tokens to be sold - 696,000) Yes over $3BN in funds!

The Ethereum Foundation is currently the best funded blockchain technology with approximately $200M, EOS stands to have over 15 times the amount of funding - and that is at today's token price. The price could easily more than double over the course of the year or more, so my projection is that they will in fact raise nearer $10Bn. THIS IS INSANE - but what does this mean?
