I believe the total is closer to 200 trillion USD worldwide (all currency combined). The total crypto market cap went from 15 billion USD to over 500 billion USD in 2017. Of course I don't know the exact numbers, but this shows how much value is entering the crypto market, and thus leaving the fiat currency market.
