I just messaged my friend, who is heavily invested in USI Tech, this article and will quote his response below:
"They aren't shut down, they stopped letting us get referrals for now, everything is still paying out as it's supposed to"
"They also temporarily won't let us reinvest but withdrawals are still working for everyone so it's not looking like an exit scam"
