This looks like exactly the evolution necessary to continue the progression of the people's of the world toward increasing freedom and prosperity, although I have but skimmed this post. I will have a more in depth read as time permits.
Some concerns I have (that may be addressed already, and I have simply not noted due to my present ignorance) are hardware (almost all commercial chips are backdoored today, and this has existential potential to disrupt CDN), and internet access itself. It would be wonderful should such a network be able to remove the middlemen that regulate our ability to communicate. I presently have an extremely time and bandwidth limited connection due to my necessity of reliance on commercial ISP for internet access.
As long as these issues remain unresolved, the free flow of information across the internet will remain preventable.
