So that is why ETH price is free falling, I bought ETH a month ago and sold it as soon as I can. Thankfully I did not get hit that hard on that investment.

Ha, you bought only a month ago and sold already? I expect you to be buying again on the run up to $1000 so why didn't you just hold and spare yourself the tax burden?
From a tax perspective day trading makes no sense at all when you can hold every token for at least a year.
