I have no opinion about the future short-term fluctuations of the altcoins/USD pairs, due to the incertitudes I have on bitcoin's price

But the alts/btc pairs look rather good, in possible accumulation. I like how Tom Lee explains it

I think I'll wait bts/btc to go above the SMA30 on the daily chart to buy it, this one works as a good support/resistance on many alts

    In the end , it all comes down to what bitcoin does. I see several people posting TA on altcoins but I think this is useless. Bitcoin dictates this market.
    I do hope we are going to see some gains in the coming months.
