Bitcoin just broke a lot of resistances on minute charts, and look like a real reversal.
I think the bullishness of BTC may do a decline of most of the alts/btc pairs, and then a some point the altcoins with have their bull cycles too.

It works this way every times, humans doesn't change much 😉
