One of the fathers of Bitcoin Cash has almost stopped exploiting BCH, the network situation of this cryptocurrency is in the state of alarm.

Hashrate of Bitcoin Cash was significantly reduced after the Halving event took place on 8/4. However, this was only the first Halving time crab but – one of the major mining groups of Bitcoin Cash was operated by Roger Ver (one of the BCH's fathers) – abandoned this coin mining. The data shows that BCH's hashrate has dropped over 92% in the last 24 hours.
According to data from CoinWarz, hashrate on the Bitcoin Cash has dropped from 4 EH/s on 8 Apr to 1 EH/s on 9 Apr. Some believe that the only reason that hashrate BCH does not decrease further is because some mining groups are active in a loss to maintain the network.

In the last 30 days, the BCH's hashrate has dropped 30% compared to the 3.44 EH/s peak of 2020 and a 55% reduction over the highest of all time. The "Health" of the network is now in extremely feeble condition after the reduction of block rewards.

And with the current health situation then the hacker hand just paid about $7.329 (~ 1 BTC) is able to perform a 51% attack – or the cost of a single Bitcoin at the current price. For comparison, the Bitcoin network (currently valued at $133 billion) requires a cost of $500,000 dollars if a similar attack is wanted.
