Too many people in the cryptocurrency space run around chasing the hottest shitcoin on the block, in order to hopefully make some mad gains, but wind up getting stuck in it, and more times than not... lose money in the end.
I don't have to go over one of the spaces latest major pump and dump scams via ChainCoin, because I believe it is popular enough, and most of you know of it. If not... do some research.
The latest pump and dump on the block pertains to EmberCoin, with the promise of glorious riches if you purchase enough of the literal shit, and how's that working out for them... not so great.
Anyway, my point here is, that you could simply invest your hard-earned money into the tried and true coins and tokens, such as Bitcoin and Litecoin, and experience phenomenal gains without all the risk of the coin or token just disappearing on you the very next day.
Oh, and if you want a safe investment, I highly suggest that you never ever invest in any Chinese coins or tokens, because as we just all experienced with Crypto Streets once darling Neo, the Chinese government could just snatch the life out of something anytime they feel like it... so always keep that in mind before you dropped them dollars on any and all communist backed coins or tokens.
I completely agree. 90% of these Alts have no use case, no real development and no real future. They are poor clones of bitcoin etc with a few tweaks.
At the risk of upsetting a lot of people, I think we need a serious market correction to shake these shit coins out. Most will go to zero and those that remain will be the future.
I could subscribe to that, but until we do, people will continue to usher in fools money into shitcoins for their own personal gains.
Definately agree, for the past 60 days I've been busy buying bitcoin, and watching the rise.
Putting some of the bitcoin into ETH, DASH, XMR, ZEC and watching them rise!
LTC is looking promising indeed.
When ETH peaks again will sell that off and pick up some LTC.
The big coins are pretty sound investments right now and for the foreseable future, imho.
No doubt about it, and I've been doing the same.
I buy more Litecoin than anything else, and pick up some Bitcoin here and there, but I ain't doing to much with Bitcoin until after November, to see how everything plays out after yet another hard fork.
Nice article . thanks
My pleasure @thebul.
Solid post. I was about to post a similair thread. Cryptos will probably go through a more extreme pattern that bitcoin went though. High ups and high downs before it becomes stable. I was researching a way to do better investment analysis on the current cryptos. This is quite an interesting website I found: https://www.coincheckup.com They seem to give this complete indepth analysis of all cryptocoins. Sorted by team, product, company, advisors, previous investors, etc. Go to: https://www.coincheckup.com/coins/Litecoin#analysis For the Litecoin Investment and research analysis.
