Idea: Let's Return Lost Crypto Currency

As far as I can tell, all crypto currencies ignore this issue. If the coin miners hold a copy of the block chain, there is an opportunity to record all wallets created and/or require incoming coin transfers to be acknowledged. Any transfer to an unassigned wallet address or wallet that fails to send an acknowledge should be returned to sender.

Now, I am depending on Coinbase support to find and record my missing Genesis-mining Eth transfer from 4 days ago. With some kind of return to sender system this problem could be resolved in a better way. Your comment?
