Yes it is only a rumour though. I think the great thing with XEL is that there is still very little awareness so it is an excellent sleeper coin. The best thing is it could launch (the full platform that is) before the end of the year if all goes according to plan and it will likely be a ninja launch due to the aforementioned point.
