COSS is interesting, but I have to say the exchange looks very amateury at this point. As for Centra, this article doesn't paint a very pretty picture of the people behind it: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/27/technology/how-floyd-mayweather-helped-two-young-guys-from-miami-get-rich.html

That´s fake, probably a FUD made for competitors, they´re very active and almost everyday are news, last one was yesterday, Centra Partners with BitGo™ for Enterprise Level Wallet Services: https://medium.com/@Centra/centra-partners-with-bitgo-for-enterprise-level-wallet-services-3c7109d28c8a

I'll believe it when people start using their cards, otherwise it could be just an elaborate scam to make people believe there is a product in the works which never materializes, and these guys eventually abscond with the money.
Centra is started by ambitious 20 somethings, that are stumbling their way to success and learning as they go along. Sam appears to be the mastermind and whatever the articles says about them, is balanced out by Sam's verifiable hard work and delivery of a working product that you can download on the play store and IOS. It's a big risk yeah, but potential big reward.
Interesting yes, exchange looks dry, doing too many things at once. The team is big however but i don't quite see much increase in volume on their exchanges. Still could appeal to the avg user who might like the all in one place aspect.
