Banks are infamous for the complexness of their information and record keeping, notably due to the requirement for privacy and identification.
Nearly everything that’s done at a bank needs official records, and all those official records are to be validated, confirmed and are stored for max 7 years.
This sort of complexness needs huge amounts of your time and labor to supply accuracy and transparency.

OmiseGo is a major player in the Asia-Pacific banking industry after recently releasing an ICO for their Blockchain based payment services on the Ethereum Blockchain. I find it interesting that the rest of the world is adapting to this new technology so much faster than the United States.
I don't know whats the problem of US but sooner or later they will admit the mightiness of Blockchain Technology
They are going to develop their own and not use Ripple? Blockchain is here to stay. They have to adapt.
They're own technology not ripple.
