The instructions just say:

Let the Bitcoin machine scan your Bitcoin QR code from the phone app. (where you want the Bitcoins deposited)
Insert however much cash you want in Bitcoins
Wait for confirmation of money sent to the address you provided.

Sounds simple enough. I'll make a good quality video for everyone!

I went to the vendor's website, and they say the process is completely anonymous. We'll see soon enough :)

i wonder if i could just print my QR code for that. I may google and see if theres one near me i want to bypass the banks as much as I can.

Just checked none in NY state figures we have some new weird law that charges companies a lot to deal with New Yorkers in cryptocurrencies

That's a good question. I'll bet these machines can scan a QR code on paper if it's roughly the same size as a phone app.
