Vision 2021 – Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Valuation

Congratulations to everyone on making a fortune in cryptocurrencies.

Ever wondered where the blockchain technology be and what the valuation of digital currencies be as we enter 2021.

At the moment the crypto market looks lucrative and seems like it’s a money minting machine. Hold your horses.

I have been an active investor in the traditional market since 8 years and entered in the crypto market 2 years ago. Crypto has changed the ways of investing.

What I find here is very interesting. This market has grown too fast and delivered very well.

Some questions worth answering for yourself.

Have I taken profits in fiat?
If I buy a crypto, do I sell it at the right time?
Am I making real profits or just looking at the ups and downs of the market and just wondering how much money I made?

Remember, the winner is who builds a portfolio such that profits are taken out and yet the crypto assets keep on building. That’s a bit tricky but that’s the way you win.

I hope everyone is investing in crypto and making a fortune in fiat. But holding on to your coins is also very important.

The technology that is building up is revolutionary and has a potential to change the how the world works. Blockchain is still at its early stages and adoption is likely to hit all time high by 2021.

Yes, adoption is also an important metric to be considered while investing in an asset or currency. As the adoption of blockchain is rapid the potential of any transactional business to migrate on blockchain are higher thus the potential of your coins move very high. Hold on to your coins, start making more coins and at the same time make some good fiat out of it. This way you will succeed in making a fortune on crypto.

How I look at adoption, any transactional processes will migrate to blockchain that includes banking, aviation, road traffic, healthcare, business processes, internet etc.

It’s a bubble right now and we are going to stay in it for a long time, at least upto 2021.

Every other day a new coin is created either using the bitcoin or ethereum network. Every month 2 new ICO’s are launched. This all indicates a bubble which will last long but will break and that would be the black day in crypto, but even if the bubble breaks, it does not take away anything from the top 50 coins. Those top 50 are there to stay but I predict everything else will vanish from the market by 2021. You need to be cautious investing in those coins which rank more than 50.
ICO’s are giving an experiment opportunity to startups with ideas and I understand that “an idea can fail, with funding it takes longer to fail, without funding it fails quickly” this doesn’t mean every ICO fails but yes, most of them will fail as the traditional stats say, a startup without funding if sustained for 18 months has the potential to grow and raise funds but a startup without funding if cannot sustain 18 months will surely fail even after it raises funds.
ICO’s are eliminating this process of checking the viability of a startup, traders are giving it a boost just to trade and exit with profits no one is bothered of what the startup tends to do.
This situation is alarming and will automatically be taken care when the bubble bursts.

To conclude:
Stick to the top 50 coins, trade occasionally in other coins. Play around the coins which can be mined, that way you ensure security and assurance of the positive movement.
