Why would the markets drop so hard?
Last year it was pretty much shown that crypto (especially Bitcoin) could weather any storm and still come through.
Then much of the world became aware of crypto and tons of new people wanted in. They started investing. With unprecedented numbers of new people signing up for exchanges, the world of crypto was on fire. Crypto was all over the news channels.
Traditional big money saw how easily the market could move and they had proof it could garner main stream interest. In fact, now it is all set up for money to flow. The public has seen it acknowledged as more or less legitimate and many new people have already made their first purchase.
Problem: Now, big money is interested and wants in! The big money and friends don’t pay retail, they buy low! They don’t want to take too many chances. That’s how they go to be there. On top of that, many bonus checks have just been issued to people that might know what they are doing when it comes to markets. Even more money ready to be invested.
If they would have invested recently every time there was a dip in Bitcoin, there would have been tons of people all wanting to buy also, so it never went down enough to get a decent discount.
Solution: wait a while, let the market go sideways, pump altcoins so the public gets excited about them and forgets about Bitcoin.
Next, take advantage of FUD and work the markets so bitcoin goes down significantly. Once we have some good drops in price, the public will FUD bitcoin themselves and it will fall even further. At this point bitcoin is in the news again only people are asking “is Bitcoin finally dead?” the average newer investor is too scared to buy up cheap bitcoin so there is less support. All the while, big money has been buying in at a nice easy pace so the price doesn’t moon because the average investor is still waiting to see what happens. Once the big money is in: create some pumping action, it will hit the news Bitcoin is back! and then it’s another free for all with the big money already holding huge bags and easily taking crazy profits all the way up.
Bitcoin, All time highs!
Once Bitcoin has its fun, it’s the Alts turn!
Alts, all time highs!
