Lately, i see a lot of PnD groups popping out of nowhere ! Promising 500%-1000% coin pumps ! With inner circle fee , outer circle even with free subscriptions and other shining features !
Now, the question in your mind is if pumping groups can be effective in making me some money , right ?
Maybe you even thinking "I'll just go for 20%-40% each time , i am not greedy" right ? You where wrong ! You are greedy ! And you should change your tactics or else you will be end up broke also !
First Thing First
PnD's never worked effectively for the majority of the group and by majority and i am talking for the 90% of group, back in 2012 PnD's was rushing trading bots to set buy orders to follow the price , and the dump was going on the bots , we are in 2017 and bots now have a ton of safeties and they are smarter!
The Game
So the pump starts price spikes to 30% , do you really believe there are outsiders are going to buy in ? No they don't and if any FOMO buyers will buy a little because they are nearly broke , so their buy power is low, so who is buying ? The group , who will support the order book the group! (99% fake buy walls) Who is going to bag hold or sell on a loss ? You !
Most of the times outsiders they notice the pump above 80% would you buy in on a 80% ? hell no !

If you need some team work you can find some speculation groups , to discuss about trends, coins fundamental, also you can learn from old dogs !

i think the only people falling for PnD schemes are noobs... the real secret is if you held any coin fro january to april you killed it like crazy, just buy low and wait your turn in line....
Totally agree with you ! The thing is Steem right now is the promise land for such things & ponzis because lots of people are not aware of crypto-land dangers ! Getting some hard earned SBD into BTC and then they tempted to try their luck, and most of the times now we are in bearish markets dont end up well ...!

What about a pump and hold group? I currently hold three such coins: Chaincoin, Syndicatecoin, and Coinionate. The thing with this coins is that if you buy enough of it, you get a master node which pays you if you hold it.
It really depends when you buy in ! for CHC if you got in at 2k-10k satoshi you are find hold it or play it as you like or SYNX 4k was a good deal, and don't forget CHC started from 42 satoshi on April !

Yeah basically everything i've gained the past few months I've lost in two pump and dumps i've tried. I basically bought at the top and was buying the coins a few seconds after the pump was announced. You won't be quick enough. (luckily it was only a few dollars to test to see how they worked ><)
Sorry for your loss but thank god you aren't greedy to go in with serious amount, but even these dollars could buy someone a meal right ?

I have been in the position to make cryptocoin markets in the past, and I have been associated with several people who have the power individually and as a group to set up pump and dumps. I have personally burned out pump and dump groups from markets I was making. I have seen these people and their groups from the inside.
Even if you have no moral qualms about engaging in this kind of activity, it should be known that the small handful of individuals who run these groups rely on the group itself to absorb the dumping after they make their pumps, and then leave the big chance of loss to the group to then push the losses on a wider group of people. These groups are just a cesspool of people running around trying to fuck each other in the ass. Take my advice and don't get involved in them. Good article.

Not really. I enjoy my privacy so I probably won't be going into anything other than general discussion of my cryptocurrency related activities here. Needless to say I have been involved in the community since 2011 and have gained a lot of experience in this area from pretty much every angle of it. Frankly without details, no one would believe me anyway or really give anything I say about it much credence, but that's fine because I am not really here for that.
