Another steemit newbie! Looking for cryptos to live a life of abundance!

Hi I'm ronwhitefromerie. I'm brand new to this site and brand new to the world of cryptos! I'm 64 years old and just got thru my first year of retirement.
I've got to tell you after 40 years of working my own small construction business not having to work anymore doesn't suck! But getting by on a fixed income is a whole nother story. We're doing ok we have a nice (but small) house and the bills are getting paid, but things are a little different when the car needs tires , the doctors bills come in or any number of unexpected expenses come up.
I'm happily married and probably the luckiest guy in the world. I've been married 42 years and my wife is still beautiful inside and out! Actually I'm not lucky, I am blessed. Our life has never been easy, but anything we've ever needed has always somehow some way come to fruition.
My wife and I have 1 more dream we'd like to accomplish and that's owning a second home in Florida. We live in Erie, Pa. and if you've seen Erie on the news this week you probably already understand why. How about 7' of snow in 1 week! Now this is not a typical winter storm mind you. It's more like an exclamation point telling me it's time I got my beautiful wife south! We love Erie in the summer, but spending the winter in the house is not a whole lot of fun, and it's not great for our health either!
A little over a month ago if you asked me I probably would have told you that realizing that dream had about the same odds as winning the lotto (because that was pretty much the last plan we had left)! But hope now springs eternal! Thanks to my recent discovery of the crypto coin market. The more I read about it the more excited I get! Maybe I'm crazy, but don't forget how blessed I've always been!
So here's the deal. Can a 64 year old man find wealth in the crypto market with just a few hundred dollars to get started? All you crypto geniuses out there I'm looking for advice. I've got a nice little portfolio started with ripple, cardano, iota, tron and siacoin. Who thinks I'm crazy? And who thinks I'm blessed enough to make this happen?
