It's not something new that it's way more easy to disrupt a world where there is not the same mind than in Europe or North America.
You can already see that most of Africa's country are using cellphone to pay everything so yes it's quite obvious it will come firstly in those kind of countries.
Security problems still remains in those kind of countries ... Where will they store their private key etc if they just have cellphones to put the key in it ... Don't you thing ?
