Yes but so few remember that. They succumb to the fear which usually means selling at the bottom.
I 'may' have done that once...or twice...heck, who's counting. Lesson learned.
LOL I still do it. I write this stuff to remind me as much as to help anyone else.
I am subject to get caught up in emotions also.
