I'm posting articles that seem to get about the same number of views as you get, but I'm not getting any upvotes or comments. My main source of traffic are readers I drag in from Facebook. How do you manage to get "Steemians" to view your blog posts and videos?

When I first started and I was commenting on other peoples post it was always about their posts and never about me or mine.
