Bitcointalk account needs to be registered before the 1st of January

    This was actually announced awhile ago. We already had received over 8,000 sign-ups and growing each day. We just got out steem-it account activated moments ago! The user sign-up prior to January 1st is to prevent a flood of new activations/fraudulent accounts from claiming the tokens :)
