What is ETF? & bitcoin ETF......
#**What is ETF...?
An exchange-traded fund (ETF) is a passive investing instrument that tracks underlying benchmark indexes (such as the NASDAQ-100 Index, S&P 500, Dow Jones, and others), commodities, bonds, or portfolios of assets and replicates their performances. ETFs can be traded like a common stock on exchanges, combining the diversified holdings of a fund with the low cost and tradability of a share.

Bitcoin ETF is an Exchange Traded Fund which is nothing but shares to be traded and backed by Bitcoin, whose price fluctuations would be dependent on the price of Bitcoin itself. Which will open up opportunities for many institutional investors as well as a venture capitalist to come forward and take part in investments.
#**Why Bitcoin ETF is needed??? 🤨
Cryptocurrencies are being in the spotlight for from last 3-4 years, it has given rise to a number of other related financial fields like Initial Coin Offering and Bitcoin ETF or Exchange Traded Funds. Due to the highly volatile behavior of the Cryptocurrencies, many investors around the world are quite speculative and hence backed out from investing in them and ofcourse because of lack of the crypto regulation in many countries. Many of them are opting to stay away during to more regulations on them. People don’t seem to be content with the existence of more than 2000 and more incoming types of cryptocurrencies and need a stable investing platform on the stock market to obtain a similar platform of trading like other normal asset (stock, commodities) apart from the cryptocurrencies.
#**Benefits of Bitcoin ETF.... 🍃
- Innovative way to open up opportunities for the more number of people.
- Attract global investments-assets like Gold, Silver, Oil, etc
- Indirect method of purchasing the cryptocurrency Bitcoin.

etc.......
#**Why Bitcoin ETF is postponed...? 🍂
Approval of Bitcoin ETF by the Securities and Exchange Commission is not an easy task, hence it is highly probable that they might postpone, in order to gain maximum time for their decision.
#**Whats next....??
These delays aren't overly negative for Bitcoin; in fact, given that one SEC commissioner dissented from the regulator's decision to reject the Winklevoss brothers' proposal for a Bitcoin ETF, the fact that the SEC needs more time to make a decision on another proposal might be a positive sign for Bitcoin proponents.
