No preferred format that I know of, and yes dtube video is posted to steemit automatically so do not post twice!

Gotcha. Yeah, the issue that I had is that I didn't know I was supposed to put the content "blog" part in the Advanced section where it mentions Steemit Body, etc. Sigh It was all a big mess for awhile, but I think I figured it out. Certainly, the next one should be easier. Anyhoo. Blessings and keep doing what you do. Cheers.
